Don't ever tell anybody I told you this, but my mother has said, confidentially, that of her three kids, I was the best-looking. And over the years, I do beleive that to be true. So I need someone who is as attractive as I am handsome. And then there's brains. I was a smart kid in school, and I have continued to learn and take tests to acquire new skills and obtain different licenses to practice. For example, I just completed the course for solar energy installation, and got the Certificate of Knowledge I need to install a system. That's definitely on my horizon.
