Once took a motorcycle trip, with a friend, from Georgia to the maretime provinces of Canada, north of Maine, on the Gaspe' Peninsula. This land, in late spring, was just curvy enough and twisty enough to make me wonder if it had not been designed for a motorcycle. And the fuel cost then, to those of us used to US gas prices, was half-again more than in the States, so it was a major advantage to be riding a motorcycle. We camped out twice, three more days were spent in varous bed-and-breakfasts. Eve in the late spring, temparatures were chilly at night. Now that was fun!!
