Most people live lives of quiet desperation. I don't think enough people speak up for what they want so they settle and then complain about things.

I think it is better if everyone tolerate's more people's point of view rather than trying to convince people of a more righteous method. Why do we choose to say "Merry Christmas" to strangers during the month of December but then for 11 other months we don't talk to those people?

College was slightly amusing. There was a lot of bs to sift through.

Question: Why do humans seek to control another person, but dislike being controlled themselves?

I don't want to awake one day years from now and look at my calendar and see regret.

I've experienced more than I think most can handle over a 6 year period and I'm thankful for my job, friends, and family I have. I will tell this information in time, but don't think it is important now. What is important is how we handle adversity and loss and what kind of person those experiences make us.

I'm not the average 27 year old and I'm looking to have a meaningful, fun 2014 with someone who values healthy conversation, can appreciate the fact I can cook and take care of myself, can recognize the fun in life events, and who enjoys genuinely being in my company. I will say pool and bowling are great first dates, too.
